ACCOUNT SECURITY AND DATA

How We Handle Your Data and Account Security

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which defines what we collect, why we collect it, how long we retain it, and who may access it.

Data Collection

We collect only the account data required to operate your wallet, verify your identity and process your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions. No surplus data is retained beyond what our legal obligations require.

Cookie Policy

Our platform uses session and analytics cookies to maintain your login state and improve page performance. You may manage cookie preferences from your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

Account Security

All accounts are protected with encrypted password storage and optional two-step verification. We never store raw payment credentials — UPI handles and Paytm or PhonePe tokens are held by the respective payment processors, not by us.

Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations. Once that period expires, data is deleted or anonymised unless you have an active dispute or legal proceeding in progress.

Your Data Rights

You may request a full export of your personal data at any time by contacting our policy team via email. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, subject to our mandatory financial record-keeping obligations under Indian law.

Policy Contact

Our designated privacy contact handles all data-access, correction and deletion requests. Write to us at the policy mailbox listed in the support section, quoting your registered account email so we can locate your records promptly.

Frequently Asked Legal Questions

Below are answers to the questions we receive most often about our terms, your account rights, data handling and how our legal framework applies to players in India. If your question is not covered here, reach out through the contact paths listed above and we will respond in writing.

You can submit a deletion request at any time. We will remove your personal data within 30 days except where Indian financial regulations require us to retain transaction records for a defined period after account closure.

Payments processed through UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are subject to both our platform's financial terms and the individual terms of the payment processor you choose. We set out our obligations in the payment section of our terms document.

We send an email notification to your registered address before any material change takes effect. The effective date of the updated terms is displayed at the top of the terms document so you can see exactly what changed and when.

Formal legal notices must be submitted in writing either by post to our registered address or via the policy email address. Our legal team acknowledges formal notices within two working days and follows a defined dispute-resolution process from there.
